The canyoning trip is three hours of moving through a gorge: a 10-metre abseil to start, then the narrow sections taken by jumping, sliding and climbing, with the wetsuit and the guides supplied. The canyon swing is one arc on a rope in the glacier canyon at Grindelwald, with the harness, the helmet and an instructor. Both start in Interlaken and both ask to be booked at least thirty minutes ahead.
